Amar Seva Sangam Conducts Comprehensive Training at Shine Special School

From August 8th to 10th, 2024, Amar Seva Sangam extended its support to Shine Special School in Madurai by conducting an intensive three-day training program. This initiative aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of the staff at Shine Special School, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide the best care and education to their students.

A Collaborative Effort

Five dedicated resource persons from Amar Seva Sangam traveled to Shine Special School to lead the training sessions. Their expertise and commitment were instrumental in delivering a comprehensive and impactful program.

Diverse Participation

The training saw active participation from 12 members of Shine Special School, including 2 physiotherapists, 5 special educators,2 Assistant teachers,1 Parent,1 member from the management team, and 1 member from the administration team.

In-Person Training for Maximum Impact

The in-person training sessions were held at Shine Special School in Madurai, providing a hands-on learning experience. This approach allowed participants to engage directly with the trainers, ask questions, and practice new techniques in real-time.
