Empowering Lives: The Journey of Ashayen Foundation

In the heart of Kanpur, a beacon of hope shines for children and young adults with special needs. Ashayen, formerly known as The Spastics Centre, was born out of a profound desire by Mrs. Santosh Mahenderjit Singh and Mrs. Bimla Wig to create a world where diversely abled individuals can thrive. Since its inception in 1990, Ashayen has stood as a testament to the belief that every individual holds unique potential waiting to be unlocked.

A Haven for Diverse Abilities

Ashayen is more than just a center; it’s a nurturing environment where children with Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down Syndrome, Intellectual disabilities, Multiple disabilities, and other physical challenges are welcomed with open arms. The foundation is dedicated to providing these individuals with the tools and support they need to recognize and enhance their abilities.

Tailored Programs for Maximum Potential

At Ashayen, the focus is on personalized care. Each program is designed to cater to the individual needs of the children, ensuring that they receive the right guidance to attain their maximum potential. The foundation’s efforts extend beyond mere care; they aim to integrate these young minds into the community, thereby enriching their lives and the lives of those around them.

A Legacy of Inclusion and Empowerment

For over three decades, Ashayen has been a pillar of support, not just for the children but also for their families. The foundation’s unwavering commitment to improving the quality of life for persons with disabilities has made a significant impact on countless lives. It stands as a symbol of hope, inclusion, and empowerment.
