Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Programs
Home Based Programs
Our Home Based CBR Program operates in Tenkasi, Tirunelveli, Tuticoirn and Chennai, delivering essential rehabilitation services directly within communities. Community Rehabilitation Workers conduct developmental screenings and assessments using the Enabling Inclusion® (EI) app, enabling personalized care plans for children with disabilities, that are conducted in their own homes with focus on empowerment of parents. By focusing on local support, we ensure families receive integrated services that encompass physical therapy, occupational therapy, special education, psychological counselling, speech therapy, and assistive device provision. In Tenkasi and Chennai Districts, we are working in collaboration the Govt of Tamil Nadu Department of Welfare of Differently Abled’s RIGHTS project. (give hyperlink to Govt partners page).

Multidisciplinary teams provide customized assessments and create individualized intervention plans that are regularly evaluated. In addition, we have 8 community vocational training centres where youth with disabilities are empowered with skills and trades education to provide them with the opportunity for future employment.
Awareness Programs
